| On Monday 29th October, the U13 football became the first NIA Smash team to represent the school at a competitive tournament, a fantastic moment for everyone involved.
The U13 football team performed with aplomb all afternoon, growing into a very competitive football tournament at Doha College. The team were very unfortunate to lose their first game but they used that as a great learning curve in nearly beating Royal Grammar School in their next. The boys then played two very good teams and were made to pay for inexperience at a fast-paced football tournament. The team ended on a very positive note, beating Doha English Speaking School 1-0 in a very positive performance. All the boys played their part in the games, and they should be proud of only just missing out on qualification to the next round.
