Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist is a timeless novel. I remember reading it many years ago as a Primary School student in Ireland.
I was fascinated and was full of admiration for young Oliver as he overcame the many adversities that he faced throughout the novel. I can remember vividly the delight that I felt when he eventually found his much-deserved happiness.
Oliver Twist teaches us all that life is full of ups and downs and reminds us to always choose right over wrong.
