
This week, our F1 children took part in a special celebration for World Mental Health Awareness Day. Dressed in green to show kindness, support, and care for one another, the children engaged in a range of activities designed to promote friendship, mindfulness, and emotional wellbeing. They enjoyed dancing to get their bodies moving, creating a class banner about what makes them happy, and taking part in calm, reflective moments such as breathing games, quiet colouring, gentle music, and circle time discussions. It was a truly heartwarming day that reminded us all of the importance of looking after our minds as well as our bodies.
