I chose Lord of the Rings because it reminds me of home – Tolkien wrote the book about the countryside in the middle of England, which is where I’m from. Not only is it beautifully written, but it’s also the ultimate story of good winning out over evil. It teaches us that anybody, however small they may be, can go on to achieve incredible things if they just keep going.
