The Day the Crayons Quit by Oliver Jeffers
I recommend ‘The Day the Crayons Quit’ because it is a fantastic book, as it’s funny, easy to relate to, and encourages children to think about others’ feelings. The different crayon letters make reading enjoyable while helping students understand character viewpoints. It also inspires creativity and gets them excited about writing and storytelling.
