The Gruffalo is one of my favorite stories to share with Year 2 because it always brings so much fun to the classroom. I love how everyone can join in with the rhyming patterns and get excited meeting each character. It is full of descriptive vocabulary and illustrations that bring the book to life. It teaches us that even small characters can be brave and make smart choices.It’s a story that always makes us smile, which is why I enjoy it so much.
