I really enjoyed reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory because it took me on an exciting journey inside Wonka’s magical chocolate factory. The story is about a kind boy called Charlie Bucket who wins a golden ticket and gets to explore the most amazing factory full of chocolate rivers, strange inventions and funny characters.

My favourite part was meeting the Oompa-Loompas and seeing what happens to the other children when they make bad choices. The book made me laugh, but it also taught me important lessons about being kind, honest and grateful.

I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys adventure, humour and imaginative stories. The chapters are short and easy to follow, which makes it a great book for reading on your own or with an adult. This story really made me want to read more books by Roald Dahl!
