P4C is an approach that encourages students to think critically, creatively, collaboratively, and caringly through guided philosophical dialogue. It provides children with a safe and stimulating space to explore ideas, ask meaningful questions, and develop essential thinking and communication skills that prepare them for life beyond the classroom.

This year, we are delighted to have achieved the Silver Accreditation Award with Dialogue Works, recognising our commitment to high-quality philosophical inquiry and the positive impact it has across our school community. Our dedication to P4C reflects the vision and passion of Dr Jabr Al Noaimi, whose mission and love for philosophy have inspired staff and students alike. All our teachers are P4C-trained, with several members of staff across EYFS to Secondary completing further professional development through the Thinking Moves and Advanced Philosophy courses. This ensures that philosophical thinking is not limited to one subject or phase but is integrated across the curriculum and age groups. From early years circle times to complex ethical discussions in secondary, students learn to listen actively, reason respectfully, and justify their ideas with confidence.
